This policy explains how personal data provided through the form or when paying to join the club is handled, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018.

2. Data collected
- From the form: name, email address, phone or messenger handle, and the text of the message.
- From the payment: name, email, amount, date and the last four digits of the card as returned by the processor.
- For the invoice: if it is issued to a company, its name, tax ID and address.
- For access: your Telegram account, which the bot uses to issue the invitation and track the access period.
Full card details are never collected or stored: they are entered directly in Stripe's secure environment.

4. Recipients
- Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland) — payment processing.
- Hosting and email providers located within the European Economic Area.
- Telegram FZ-LLC — the messenger hosting the club's private channel. Access is handled by our Telegram bot, which processes your Telegram account (ID and username) in order to issue the personal invitation, track the access period and remove you from the channel when it ends. The handling of messages inside the messenger itself is governed by Telegram's own policy.
- My tax adviser, for accounting and tax compliance.
5. Participant material
Account screenshots and testimonials are published only with the participant's explicit consent, which can be withdrawn at any time by writing to dmytrolutak.bv@gmail.com.
6. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to dmytrolutak.bv@gmail.com with a copy of an identity document. Reply within one month. Complaints may be lodged with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

This site uses no analytics, advertising or third-party cookies. Browsing is not tracked.
