1. Who provides the service
The Prodvizhanki club is sold and provided by Dmytro Lutak, a self-employed professional registered with the Spanish tax agency. He issues the invoices, receives the payments and is responsible for refunds and customer support.
Yulia Velcheva-Lutak takes part in the project as the expert: she runs the club programme, delivers the reviews and the sessions. She is not a party to the contract with the participant and does not receive payments.
2. Purpose of the site
The site presents the Prodvizhanki club and lets visitors send a request to join. Access is free and requires no registration.
3. Intellectual property
The texts, images, videos and club materials are protected by copyright. Access is granted to the participant personally: recording, copying, forwarding or passing them to third parties is prohibited and grounds for closing access without a refund.
Screenshots of participants' accounts are published with their consent. Social network names and logos belong to their respective owners.
4. Liability
The owner is not liable for damage arising from temporary interruption of the service for technical reasons. Links to third-party sites are provided for information only.

This notice is governed by Spanish law.
